2. Types of Abuse:
Phishing

A phishing website impersonates another site with the intent to steal login/ personal identification information. The attacker deceives victims into disclosing sensitive personal, company, or financial information (e.g., account numbers, login IDs, passwords) by sending phishing emails or enticing them to click links or imitate web pages. Some phishing campaigns aim to persuade users to install malware. This type of scam is often used on online platforms containing login sections or similar e-commerce websites.

Malicious software/ Virus
|
Malicious software is installed and executed on a device without the user's permission, disrupting the device's operation, collecting sensitive information, or gaining access to personal computer systems. Malware includes viruses, spyware, ransomware, and other unwanted software. A website may be involved in distributing malware or viruses or may contain URLs for downloading. You can also report websites that promote, encourage, or participate in computer or network sabotage or attacks.

Internet Abuse

It refers to a collection of Internet-connected computers that have been infected with malicious software viruses and can be commanded to perform activities under the control of a remote-controlling device by the attacker.

Spam
|
Spam is unsolicited or undesired electronic mail or messages sent to recipients who did not request or have a responsibility to receive them according to legal regulations.

Copyright Complaint
|
Copyright complaints apply when users unlawfully use copyrighted resources from another party on their website.

Trademark Complaint
|
Trademark complaints apply when users unlawfully use the trademark of another party on their website.

Content Complaint
|
Content complaints apply when users unlawfully copy content from another party on their website.

Domain Dispute
|
Domain disputes arise when a domain name is confusingly similar to or infringes upon the trademark or service mark of the complainant.

3. Abuse handling process:
Step 1: When receiving abuse reports via abuse@superdata.vn. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm that we have received abuse reports from a reporter.
Step 2: We will review the content of the abuse report, and check the evidence provided by the reporter to determine the accuracy of the report. If there is any unknown information, we will respond to the reporter for discussion.
Step 3: After checking the information, if the violations in the report are correct. We will contact the domain or web hosting owner to ask them to remove and handle the violation. If they protest to these abuse reports, we will mediate the exchange between reporter and domain owner and we will make the most appropriate decision on a case-by-case basis.
Step 4: After making a decision and handling the violation. We will respond to the results of the reporter.
Step 5: Keep a record of the case for later reference.
